1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the THEIQTESTS.COM website and services (hereinafter "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and THEIQTESTS.COM regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

THEIQTESTS.COM offers a comprehensive online IQ testing platform featuring:

• IQ tests and intelligence assessment
• Multiple validated IQ test formats (Stanford-Binet, Mensa-style, WAIS, CHC, MoCA)
• Detailed cognitive skill analysis and percentile rankings
• Digital certificates and personalized assessment reports
• Progress tracking and cognitive profile analytics
• Access to research library and educational content

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Accessing Your Results

All IQ tests and assessments on our Platform are free to take. After completing a test, you may view your full results by choosing one of two unlock options:

• Share Unlock (Free): Share your test to a social platform (Facebook, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn). After a short verification period your results are unlocked at no cost.
• Instant Access (Paid): Pay a one-time fee to unlock your results immediately without sharing. Pricing varies by country (see table below). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. This is a single purchase, not a subscription, and no recurring charges apply.

Both options grant identical access to your full IQ score, cognitive profile, percentile ranking, and downloadable PDF report. You are never required to pay — the free share option is always available.

The IQ tests on our Platform are free to take. After completing an IQ test, you choose one of two options:

• Free Result: After the test you see your score range (for example “above average”) at no cost, without sharing and without entering any details. Your exact IQ score and percentile are part of the paid full report.
• Full Access (Paid): A one-time payment unlocks your full report (cognitive profile and detailed analysis), the downloadable PDF report, your personal certificate and access to the members’ test library with 36 additional tests. Pricing varies by country (see table below). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. This is a single purchase, not a subscription, and no recurring charges apply.

You are never required to pay to see your score range. Your exact IQ score and percentile and the additional tests in the members’ test library are available to paying customers only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, tests, exercises, methodologies, algorithms, and software, is the exclusive property of THEIQTESTS.COM or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited. You may not download or print content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Trademark Notice: "Mensa" is a registered trademark of Mensa International Limited. "Stanford-Binet" is a registered trademark of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. "WAIS" (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale) is a registered trademark of NCS Pearson, Inc. "MoCA" (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) is a registered trademark of MoCA Test Inc. "CHC" (Cattell-Horn-Carroll) theory refers to the Cattell-Horn-Carroll theory of cognitive abilities, a widely recognized framework in psychometric research. THEIQTESTS.COM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these trademark holders or the authors of the CHC theory. References to these names are used solely for informational and descriptive purposes to indicate the type of cognitive assessment methodology our tests are inspired by.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Using the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or harassing content
• Posting misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account to others
• Scraping, bot-accessing, or automated collection of data
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform

7. Disclaimer

Important: The THEIQTESTS.COM assessment is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool and should not be used for medical, psychological, or professional diagnosis. Our tests are not a substitute for professional evaluation by licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Results reflect cognitive abilities within the scope of our assessment methodology but do not constitute medical or psychological advice. Individual results may vary based on testing conditions, fatigue, and other variables.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIQTESTS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for updates.
